For Family Surveys, they receive a paper/hard copy mail-in survey.  These surveys are sent to families with:

  • Adult children living at home
  • Adult children living away from home
  • Minor children living at home

For Consumer Surveys, these involve face-to-face interviews with adults eighteen years of age and older.
